Jason Forrest Band Live Debut in Germany/info for US dates

HELLO!
I'm extremely happy too announce to you the world debut of my new live band! "The Jason Forrest Band " (temporary name) will see its first ever concert NEXT SUNDAY- 17. September 2006, starting at 9pm sharp! It's a party for the 10th Anniversary of my booking agent and good friends at Planet Rock. But on top of this being a world-debut, it's also a very special collaboration with Austrian singer Gustav, who's been blazing a trail with her mixture of smart lyrics, gorgeous crooning and brilliant electronic glitch. Also DJing will be The Goldmunds, who are also awesome. Then did I say it's also the opening weekend for a new venue in town?

And it's in an 18th century fancy baroque room! So really, there's absolutely no reason you can miss this show! AH!
Ok, So we know what you're asking yourself, "What the hell does his live band sound like?" We're a power-rock trio, Ethan Shaffner on Guitar, Elisabeth King on Keys/organ and yours truly on laptop and… Vocals!!! We sound a bit like a cross between Beck and Deerhoof I think, or maybe like a cross between the Doors and Public Enemy. I don't know, that's not really so correct, but we're good, we bring the party, and we rock. What more could you want???
If you want to see us, and can't come on over to Berlin, we'll do a small USA tour before performing at the opening Halloween party at CMJ in NYC! I think it's at the Knit, and no idea who else plays, but you'd HAVE to come, as it'll be IN-SANE! Take a look at my website for gig dates-HERE. There's way more shows in EU after that too, so odds are we'll come to your town, or want to come to it! AH!
