Chris Matthews Is Strident, Creepy and Overbearing, But At Least He's Boring
Last night on Hardball Chris Matthews took five minutes (but it seemed like 50) to apologize for insulting Hillary Clinton awhile back.
A simple mea culpa would've done fine, but Matthews found it necessary to embarrass himself by rambling on and on with the self-serving bluster that's his trademark.
I hope there's another The/A Daily Show appearance soon. The last one left Matthews humiliated and gasping for air, and rightfully so.
