NY Times On NSA Spying | The Technology Behind the Surveillance?

The top-rated story on Memeorandum right now is this NY Times piece on the National Security Agency's surveillance of domestic phonecalls since 2001.

Ars Technica posted a rather geeky (and so, to me, fairly fascinating) story speculating upon some of the technologies that may be making the NSA's data-gathering and -analysis possible.
